French Montana Debut Album Pushed Back

Hip-hop fans will have to wait a little longer for French Montana’s debut album, Excuse My French. A rep for French Montana confirmed to Billboard’s The Juice that the LP, which was originally set to drop July 13, will now be released in early fall; however, no date has been set.
“I’m still working on a couple of the last pieces so I’m not really rushing it,” said French of his debut album. Even though the project is “half way done,” French admitted that touring with Drake on his Club Paradise Tour played a role in delaying the recording process saying, “The tour set me back.”
French recently made an appearance at Hot 97’s Summer Jam where he performed the ‘Slight Work’ remix alongside Wale, Big Sean and Ma$e.
In an interview with XXL, French dropped a few names that we can expect on his upcoming record. The list included, Travis Barker, The Weeknd, Kanye West, and his boss, Diddy.
