Adam Sandler’s Clothes Embarrass His Daughters

We know Adam Sandler does embarrassing things on films, but would you be shocked to learn that he manages to embarrass himself off-screen as well? Nope, didn’t think so.
Sandler recently opened up about his humiliating fashion sense. He says he embarrasses his daughters, 6-year old Sadie Madison and 3-year old Sunny Madeline, with the way he dresses.
Adam confessed,
“I wear shorts a lot. And my kids do ask me to put pants on when I go to school. They ask, ‘Could you just one time wear pants?’ And every time I get out of the car, I look down and I go, ‘I got those shorts on! Who’s gonna yell at me?”
Poor girls. They can always tell their friends their dad is practicing for another role. While Sandler doesn’t enjoy being a source of embarrassment for his girls, embarrassing fashion sense does run in the family.
He said,
“My father used to wear the same pants for like a week. And I remember that was like, ‘My friends have been over three times this week, and they’ve seen him in the brown pants [every time]. Can I please convince this guy to get on some blue pants for the day?’”
Sandler admits he doesn’t care about his appearance as much as he used to. He said,
“I’m getting older, and it happens. You get a little [to the point where] you don’t care as much. I’m definitely at that age.”
